Ülvi Həsənli Namiq oğlu 10 Aprel 1990-cı ildə Şəki şəhərində anadan olub. Orta təhsilini Rəşid Bəy Əfəndiyev adına 10 nömrəli məktəbdə, ilk musiqi təhsilini Fuad Əbdürəhmanov adına 1 nömrəli uşaq incəsənət məktəbində alıb.

2005-2006-cı illərdə Amerika Təhsil Şurasının keçirdiyi Gələcək Liderlərin Mübadiləsi proqramının qalibi olaraq Amerikanın Texas ştatının San Antonio şəhərində “Wagner High School”-da 1 illik orta məktəb təhsili almışdır. Amerikada təhsil aldığı müddətdə Gənc Musiqi İfaçıları müsabiqəsində San Antonio üzrə birinci, Texas ştatı üzrə ikinci yeri qazanmışdır. 2007-2011-ci illərdə Bakı Musiqi Akademiyasının İfaçılıq fakültəsinin skripka ixtisasını bakalavr dərəcəsi üzrə fərqlənmə diplomu ilə bitirmişdir. 2007-2009-cu illərdə Azərbaycan Dövlət Akademik Musiqi Teatrnda orkestr artisti olaraq çalışmışdır. 2009-2012-ci illərdə Üzeyir Hacıbəyli adına Azərbaycan Dövlət Simfonik Orkestrində orkestr ifaçısı olaraq çalışmışdır.

2012-2014 illərdə Norveç Krallığının Berqen Universitetindən təqaüd qazanmış və həmin universitetdə ifaçılıq fakültəsinin skripka ixtisası üzrə magistr dərəcəsi almışdır. 2014-2015-ci illərdə Stavanqer Universitetində skripka ixtisası üzrə aspirantura dərəcəsi almışdır. 2015-2016-cı illərdə həmin universitedə Praktiki və pedaqoji musiqi nəzəriyyəsi üzrə təhsil, 2016-2017-ci illərdə kamera musiqisi və alternativ ixtisas alt (viola) aləti üzrə ixtisasartırma, 2017-2020-ci illərdə alt (viola) ixtisası üzrə ifaçılıqda magistr dərəcəsi, 2020-2021-ci illərdə alt (viola) ixtisası üzrə aspirantura dərəcəsi almışdır.

Almaniya, İtaliya, İspaniya, Danimarka, Finlandiya, İsveç, Latviya, Estoniya və s. Avropa ölkələrində bir sıra masterklass və orkestr proyektlərində iştirak etmişdir. Hal-hazırda Norveçin Stavanqer şəhərində yaşayır, musiqiçi və müəllim olaraq çalışır.
